Warranty

Dossert warrants products manufactured by it to be free from defective material and workmanship. Dossert does not assume liability for the improper installation of its products.

New parts will be furnished free of charge for those parts that prove to be defective, providing such defective parts are called to Dossert's attention in written notice within one (1) year after installation by the original purchaser.

Parts not manufactured by Dossert shall be limited to the warranty extended by its supplier.

The foregoing warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other expressed of implied warranties except warranties of title, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Dossert shall not be subject to any other obligations or liabilities whatsoever with respect to products manufactured or services rendered, and the foregoing warranty shall not obligate Dossert to provide reimbursement for transportation, removal, installation or other expenses which may be incurred in connection with repair.
